This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in Romania, the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia (PDPL), the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and, because GSS Commerce is registered in Türkiye, the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).
Who is responsible for your data
GSS Pazarlama ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (GSS Commerce), listed under Company details, is responsible for your data. For any question or request about your data, email gss@gsscommerce.com.
What we collect
We collect personal data only through this website.
- When you send an enquiry: your business name, your name, country, type of business, email address, phone number (if you give it), the products you chose and your message.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider records technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is needed to show you the website and keep it secure.
- Your enquiry list is saved only in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. It reaches us only if you send the enquiry form. You can clear it by removing the products or clearing your browser data.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you prices, product information and delivery terms. You asked us to do this as a step towards a possible business contract, and answering trade enquiries is in our legitimate business interest.
- To keep a record of business contacts and, if you become a customer, to manage our work together. This is in our legitimate interest. For orders and invoices, it is also required by law.
- To run the website and keep it secure. This is in our legitimate interest.
Where a law requires your consent, you give it by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We do not send newsletters or marketing without asking you first, and we never sell your data.
Who receives it
Only the GSS Commerce team that handles your enquiry. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Our form service (Web3Forms), which passes enquiries from the website to our inbox, our email service (Microsoft 365) and our website host handle the data for us, under contract and only on our instructions. They may not use it for their own purposes.
Transfers to other countries
GSS Commerce is based in Türkiye, so your enquiry is handled there. Our service providers may store data in other countries, such as the EU and the United States. When your data goes to a country that does not protect it to the same standard as yours, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
- Customer records: for as long as we work together, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Technical data: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it;
- send it to you or to another company in a common file format.
Turkish law (KVKK, Article 11) also gives you the right to know who we share your data with, and to claim compensation if unlawful processing causes you harm.

Trade information, not an offer
This website presents Kızılay products to businesses. Nothing can be bought on it, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Prices, minimum orders, availability and delivery are agreed directly with GSS Commerce.
Product information
We work to keep product information correct. Packs, labels and recipes can change, and they can differ between countries. The label on the product is always the reference.
Trademarks and content
The Kızılay name, logos, packaging designs and product photos belong to Türk Kızılay and Kızılay İçecek and are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep this website correct and available, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or always online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
